These are great if you're looking for thin spatulas and work great on eggs. They're a bit flimsy if the food is too heavy and tend to bend if forced by hand. Despite the two complaints these are perfect tools for breakfast on a Blackstone or similar.

2 pieces fish and heavy duty.I have a great plastic spatula for teflon pans but needed something for small weber grille.I watched youtube to learn about spatulas - America's test kitchen and some former navy griddle guy.ATK recommened some overpriced fish spatula (never tried one) and NGG recommended something similar to this.Design flaw? When you set it down, the handle will tilt back. This might be an issue for a griddler, but I don't use griddles. Also, since I grill sitting down and set my utensils on the patio, this will keep the spatula clean where it touches the burgers.Works very well for slipping under burgers on grill. I haven't tried the fish spatula because slots make extra work cleaning.I will soften the edges and corners of spatula when I have time to fire up the belt grinder.
