The case is a beautiful case and sturdy as well but the straps on it either tear very easily or they were dry rot from they sent it to me.I’ve had this case for a little over 2 months now and I carry my case around with me not too often. The most lifting I would do with it is carry it from my car to the pool hall and back to the car. I just noticed the tear yesterday on it so I’m not really sure when it ripped. The handle on the top of the case is also firm and strong. Other than than it’s a good case, just needs to improve the straps.

I purchased this cue case about 15 months ago. I really liked it until I noticed it is falling apart. The handle is only holding on by about 1/4 inch of material out of 1 inch. The shoulder strap is doing the same thing. The rivets on the top handle are either ripped out or almost detached.The case looked great. I really liked it at first. I have had cases that have lasted many years, 10 - 15. This one only lasted 15 months.

I am very disappointed with this purchase. The strap busted within a month after I purchased it. Now the handle busted. This item should have lasted quite some time but it didn’t!

I'd recommend this product if you're looking to transport your pool cues safely. The pockets for your accessories are on point as well. Very well made. A bit pricey but nevertheless a great buy.
