The wood on the panels of the door are so thin they pass light through them whenna lin the opposite room is turned on. They’re almost paper thin.Didn’t realize until I hung the door that it has a crack running about six inches.I will not buy this door again.

This arrived with a big gouge in the middle and a slash (cut) to the lower right of that. The plastic outer film was intact, but wrinkled, but the shipping carton was fine, which leads me to believe this happened before shipping. I am waiting to hear back from the seller. This is very disappointing as our remodeled room is otherwise finished. Normally, I would send it back. My contractor says that we could put the damaged side to the garage. I paid good money for this, and I am very disappointed. It’s bad enough that I could not find a prehung door. The gouge is so deep it cannot just be sanded out.
