Meh, nothing special just works as intended.All three were connected properly with sufficient gauge wire to handle 120V AC.

Love the quality. I was able to put this 120v outlet in my boat with a step up transformer. Able to place anywhere without a large cover plate and box and ugly wall stuff you would have to use if it were a house

The outlet holds my plug well and it's easily installed. However the wire provided is at best the minimum for 115/120 volt AC at 10amp. I replaced them with 12 or 14 gauge wire.Seem to be a good value despite the need to replace the wire.For reference, L is the + (black wire) and N is the neutral (white wire) for standard US 120 circuits.

Actually only needed one, but this is a 3 pack!Used to replace the outlet for the garden lights as the old one had crumbled away, probably due to the heat! Easy to install!!

The description is not clear on the dimensions; They give the size of the bezel. The hole for this outlet should be 22mm high, 18 mm wide. The panel thickness can be up to about 1mm. Thicker than that, and the clips will not snap out to hold it in place. But you can cut off some to the length of the clips to make them work on 5mm panel. The terminals on the back are not full 1/4". They are 5.78mm wide.

These mount really well in thin aluminum chassis (Like the BUD Industries aluminum mini boxes or utility cabinets). However, my advice is to use these for loads under 5 Amps. I would get a more robust outlet if the load needs over 5 Amps. As long as these are used within those limits, they are great.
