Ordered 30", got 60". AA Pro, refunded money and did not required return. I really like the tool ....; will try to shorten to my needs. So rating is 50-50. They did me good, but need to be accurate with descriptions.I shorten the grabber to 36". It works great and the quality is good. They need to make a "short" version and a "long version.

Ordered these tongs because they had a wider, flat grip than 99% of others. Price was good too at the time. Received wrong item, asked for replacement, issued a tracking number, was issued a refund, item price doubled, AAPro told me to try to order again at the higher price if I wanted it.I'll update if I ever do get this item. Worst buying experience on Amazon in 15yrs, they just don't care at all.

great service from this company, first delivery arrived bent, new product was sent right away.On the product itself, as it happened, within a week of receiving it I had an encounter with a western diamondback rattler and it did its job very well, the flat tongs seem to be grabbing the snake easily without hurting it.I had to walk a fair bit to relocate it (i usually use a bucket but didn't have one this time). The snake was not able to free itself and I did not have to apply too much pressure.On the other end, my wife decided to use this item to pick up some tumbleweeds, and to crush them as well, now this is not the expected use of this tool, however, it also shows its light metal frame is fragile, it bent at the handle level and few rivets are a bit loose.In short, great service, good tool, use it only for your odd encounters with snakes and you should be fine.
