Okay, it's an oval lid for Cornelius, Spartanburg, and Firestone pre-mix/post-mix kegs. That being said, there are issues. Firstly, the "food-grade silicone" tubing is PVC -- great stuff to have immersed in your beer the entire time the beer is in the keg. Secondly, either the o-rings are a bit on the small side, or the grooves on the posts are a little too deep; these leak. I've ruled out the quick-disconnects, having used these on other kegs without issues. Otherwise, it seems well-constructed.

I bought a bunch of second hand corny kegs and was having issues getting them to seal. Replacing the O-Rings helped but didn't solve the problem. New rubber feet may have solved the issue, but the originals didn't have bleeder valves so it was a good time to replace the lids anyway.These fit tight with no leaks, and the bleeder valve works great. New lids totally rejuvenated my old kegs.

Worked great when my other lid started leaking around the PRV. Appears to be in good condition, and seals well.
