I bought it mainly for the shut off valve and that it came with some fuel line. It was installed on a Predator engine that didn't have one to start with. I've used plastic valves in the past but prefer the metal ones and I particularly liked the mounting option on this one. I used about 4" of the fuel line but had to stretch one end over a 1/2" fitting. Time will tell on longevity but otherwise it was a good purchase,

Shutoff valve is better than most out there. Only issue I find is that the fuel line shrinks with use.

I don't know if things are just cheaper now, or if companies think people are just dumber. It seems like fuel shutoffs are a thing of the past though. So many small engines don't have a fuel shutoff anymore.I am not a fan of this idea. Especially living where I have to use ethanol gas blends. Not running a carburetor or fuel system dry is asking for ethanol issues.This is a nice set with tubing, a shut off, clamps and filters. Basically everything you need to do the job beyond some tubing cutters and maybe a pair of pliers for the clamps. Great kit, works well.

I purchased this kit for my lawn mower. I especially like being able to shut off the fuel line at the end of the season so I can let the carburetor run out of fuel before storing it. The fuel filters are translucent so you can see if they are getting clogged. They are marked at the ends for "in" and "out". The fuel lines themselves seem durable and the right size for my motor. Comes with the needed clamps and all you need to replace an existing line.
