Do not buy this they are worthless. The bolts themselves weren't even long enough to go through the fender flare. I ended having to buy bolts elsewhere just to make it work!

I bought a Tacoma with after market fenders placed. Hated the cheap chrome pop ins that fell out on own. So ordered these bolts. They fit with a little cutting of plastic and are solid on my fenders now. See pictures for fake bolt and this one on Amazon comparison. Good luck Toyota family.

I’ve been using washers of this style for about a decade, initially using the domed shape to provide a larger smoother fastener surface where roof rack slats had been attached. I’ve used them in all sorts of places to create a smoother and more reinforced transition over the surface being attached. Unfortunately it has been hard to find a washer unadorned with the suppliers logo. These are just plain and I’m most pleased they are available. If you are interested in their use as decoration, do know that every anodized washer eventually fades over time in the sun. Black, for example, fades to a bronze tone. Doesn’t effect function, but may be aesthetically troublesome for some. The bolts included are so short as to be useless for most applications as they were intended to be decorative only, so just substitute ones of the length needed. Of, course the included Nylock style nuts will work with m6 bolts of any length. To my knowledge the SS alloy is never specified, which I would find troublsome if I had any intention to use the bolts. I don’t.
