This is a really nice propane torch that can be used for burning or preheating steel before welding. This unit comes with an extra long hose so you can work a larger area without packing around the propane tank. It has a self-igniter, propane shutoff at the handle, gas adjustment also at the handle. This seems like a good quality tool that works as it's designed to work.

This propane torch is very strong, definitely one of the strongest I've ever used. It makes burning weeds a very quick job. I like the length, which is longer than most torches. It's better for my back with less bending down. However, the igniter really sucks. It takes me 10-20 tries to get it to ignite. Most other torches ignite with one click. for this one I have to keep trying again and again. When it finally does ignite, it's scary how big the initial flame explosion is, most likely due to how much propane has been sent out while I've been trying to ignite it for a few minutes already.
