Lids do not snap on and off, they do not lock down, they just sit on top. The wind blows them off if you use outside. Make sure that works for your purpose.

Las tapas no se atoran, solo se ponen sobrepuestas. No cierran las tapas. Solo sirve para ponerlas encima pero no son herméticas.No la recomiendo, las quería para guardar documentos importantes y de nada me va a funcionar, porque se pueden meter bichos a la caja. No la recomiendo

Use these to sprout grain for chickens they are great and the black helps mitigate mold

The lids do not snap on they merely lie on top. But I needed black bins this size so I had to live with them.

I was under the assumption that the top slot just like most of the storage containers but they don't they just sit on top and they slide everywhere they're terrible

We used one for a water bath for our frog. The other is now great storage for our Christmas inflatables.

These containers were the size I needed. I thought it was a good price. When they arrived, the plastic lid was broken. I didn't return because I had already thrown away the box it came in. I had two back surgeries and could not go through the trouble of repacking them in something to return. If you order, save the box for awhile. Those lids are very hard plastic and cracked very easily. Mine cracked placing the lid on the box.
