Install wasn't terribly difficult. Breaking all of the old lens out to get a clean surface took some time. As others mentioned, it doesn't look exactly like the original, but doesn't bother me. I have noticed that if I keep my phone in my pocket when I'm doing anything active, the moisture from my body will fog the inside of the lens that was replaced.
