I bought this sofa and it was delivered on 3/21. the delivery window was 3/21-3/27 so there's a plus there for early delivery. The delivery driver was kind and professional. The sofa itself was fairly easy to put together. as a single mom, I was able to put it together without any assistance. Secondly the seat cushions are firm, so expect that. It was more firm than i anticipated but it is going to hopefully mean it wont wear out as quick as other softer sofas do. The back cushions are super soft and plush. all in all it is very comfy and I have really enjoyed it.

This couch is pretty awesome for a box couch!! My biggest problem is that I order a left chaise couch and got a right one instead. And it’s not like something this large and heavy is easy to return so I just ran with it. The couch itself is gorgeous and comfortable though!!

This is by far the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I've ever had the misfortune of sitting on. I regret not taking other reviews that stated how hard this furniture is more seriously. I thought with a bit of use it could be broken in, but it only takes a few minutes of sitting before I start to get back and hip pains. It looks somewhat plush but don't be deceived. When you sit down you don't even sink into the cushion. I wish I could return this product for a refund, but dealing with repackaging this furniture would be way too much of a hassle. No idea what I'm going to do with this giant waste of money now. If you're in the market for a sofa and you happen to be looking at this one, please, take it from me, DON'T PICK THIS ONE!!

This sectional is very beautiful; however, not a comfortable sectional or a very well well built sectional. If you're looking for a piece for a formal room (one that isn't used often) this sectional would be great for that. It you want a piece for everyday use and that can hold up to kids and pets, this is not the sectional to buy!

This sectional is better than what I was expecting. It was relatively easy to put together and firm but comfortable.
