I’m a knitter who’s got trigger finger due to a fall. Initially I wore this at night so my finger wouldn’t lock, but now I also wear it when knitting. My finger would lock when knitting and I’d have to pop it back out at the end of a row. Now with wearing it keeps my finger in place and I can get my knitting done faster. I’ve purchased a couple of these packs so that I have on in each of my project bags and by my bed for nighttime. I highly recommend these finger splints!

This is only a piece of plastic, but this thing is fabulous. Not bulky. So comfortable that sometimes I forget I am wearing it. Works perfect.

I have recurring issues with trigger finger. These splints allow me to function well while waiting for my next doctor visit. So much better than other splits I've used:1. Other have foam and fabric parts, and are difficult or impossible to clean. With these I can wash them easily, and more important my hands while wearing them.2. This split holds the one I have the split in, and keeps it from flexing, but doesn't touch the other fingers. My hand is much more usable while wearing this splint, than others I've tried.

These were just what I was looking for! I got one exactly like these from my doctor so I knew what I needed. I have women’s medium size hands with kind of large arthritics knuckles, a size 10 fits me perfectly. I tried the other kind of finger braces for trigger finger but I was allergic to them and broke out in rashes. No allergies with this kind and they don’t get hot. The only worry is to keep them put away when not in use so the cats don't make off with them, lol

I carefully measured as instructed, and have now ordered four different sizes, because none of them fit. The sizing is absolutely incorrect on these, and they are not cheap!

My DO gave me one of these to prevent bending the ring finger on my right hand while we treat a tendon inflammation. He sized it for me, so I was able to order more without worrying about getting the right size. Most comfortable medical appliance imaginable. It's 100% effective at keeping me from triggering the pain, yet I can wear it all day without really noticing it's there. I guess we're paying for the magic, not the three cents' worth of plastic it's made of.I note that (for me) the correct size is very slightly smaller than the normal ring size for that hand, because the brace actually fits over knuckle (PIP) joint, not where a ring goes, which on my hand is slightly thicker. If your goal is to prevent your finger from bending, these aren't expensive at all, as it turns out. Because they work like magic.

I jammed my finger while doing yoga and ended up with "mallet finger," where the first joint of my pinky was bent forward. Dr. said to wear a splint for at lease 6 weeks. A traditional finger splint kept coming off each time I took clothing on or off, and it was generally a big pain in the butt. I couldn't use a keyboard, it stayed wet when washing hands, was big and bulky and just generally not sustainable for 6 weeks. Came across these and it's a much better solution. It's barely noticeable most of the time, doesn't stay soggy and wet, I can use a keyboard, and it rarely slips off. It's a bit tight, but if it were looser it wouldn't stay on as well. If I have to wear a finger splint for 6 - 12 weeks as recommended, it's got to be this thing. Hope it works in the long run.

Just what I needed to comfortably prevent my finger joints from hyperextending. So versatile--can be worn a variety of ways to correct a variety of conditions, while still allowing use of the hand. I was able to customize mine even more, using a heat gun as demonstrated on the company website and You Tube. Although the price is "worth it" just because they are so helpful, I actually feel that they are way over-priced given the simplicity of the design and minimal amount of plastic involved.
