I only gave this one three stars I understand the price that I paid equals the quality that I get but considering I cut two of the connectors off and redid them because I really didn't care for the way the connections were done They looked kind of unsafe Check your crimps and your shrink wrap.

These cables have thick shielding and are pretty heavy. They hooked right up to my 48 volt battery on my off grid system and are still chugging away without incident. Terminal ends are large and securely fastened.5 stars

I purchased these cables to connect 2 automotive-size batteries together. The outside cover of the cables was flexible enough for me to snake the cables with tight bends through openings in the battery boxes. Very clean installation.

Well made cables. In my marine environment, it is crucial that wiring be isolated from the salt air to avoid the otherwise inevitable corrosion. I generally run 2 or 4 AWG wiring for all my high amperage needs (battery connections winches, starter motor).
