I purchased this item in December 2022. I've already made on claim because the wheels were sticking when I roll the bag. A new axel bar was sent, and a few months later, the wheels are sticking again. I believe the issue is that the axel is not strong enough to hold 4-5 balls consistently. The bag also easily tips when the 4th ball compartment is being used. I can deal with that though, as long as I stay aware of my movements. The 3rd issue is that the bag ripped at three seam. Very good concept with the extra ball holder, but the materials are not strong enough to bear the weight of the contents of a full bag. Hopefully I can make a warranty claim and just get a different bag. I no longer trust this one.

This is a great bowling bag. It holds 4 balls PLUS the extra attachable 1 ball bag. It has plenty of pockets and rolls smoothly. If you have a serious bowler this is the bag for them!!

When the 4th ball in the top compartment the center of gravity/ balance is off and the whole bag likes to tip over when pulling it. Very annoying.

We were looking to replace my husband’s four ball bowling bag and wanted to find one that had wheels that rolled easily and smoothly loaded up with shoes and four bowling balls. This was it! Nice looking, too. Now hoping it holds up well since my husband bowls on 4 leagues and goes to tournaments, too.
