From my experience, I cannot recommend them.These dividers are marketed for a max. shelf thickness of 1". My shelf measures exactly one inch so they slid in without any problem, but within 1 hour (not exaggerating) I started hearing startling, popping noises in the walk-in-closet. Turns out 2 of the dividers had broken at the base clip and had flown into the bathroom. In the next hour a 3rd. one broke and the next day, 3 more. Had there been someone close by, they could have gotten injured in the face or elsewhere.I currently just have 2 remaining ones clipped on which for sure will breakIn 2021 I bought another brand of dividers, also for a max. of 1" and still today they are holding my handbags vertically. At the time they were sold by HAWREY US but unfortunaley are no longer available.Comparing the 2 brands, I noticed there is a difference in the clarity of the acrylic; these 'Noper' ones that broke look bluish and are definitely not of a high enduring quality (see attached image; right clip).

I was setting these up in my closet and broke a couple when trying to remove them to readjust the distance. Effective, but will break if you’re too strong.
