Tips: If you don't know which type of brake pads to use for your bike or electric scooter, please take a photo of your caliper and send it to us. There is no need to disassemble it, just take a photo. We will help you determine which type and size brake pads you need to use, fast and efficient, saving your valuable time.
- Occasionally, the brake pads cannot be installed in because of the clearance is too narrow. The solution is to press the piston back with the hydraulic brake pistion press.
- When replacing the brake pads of the hydraulic brake, do not pinch the brake handle after removing the old brake pads, otherwise the piston will fall off and leak oil.
- When the brake pads rub against the disc, use the clearance adjuster to make the distance between the disc and the brake pads on both sides the same.
- When your brake caliper is wire controlled, you can adjust the clearance between the disc and the brake pad by adjusting the screws on the back of the caliper.
- When your brake makes a strange noise, it means that the brake disc is dirty by oil. You need to use special disc cleaner to clean the disc or replace the disc.

I wore out my first set of these in 3 months riding road in Norcal. I'd say the SRAM originals last at least twice as long... but they cost 4x as much so it's a tradeoff.

I use these on my electric XP 3.0 with the new hydraulic brake system. They are easy to install. Unfortunately they do not last very long. But for the price, you can’t really go wrong. I ride my bike quite often so I do have to change my brake pads out on my rear brake about once a month.

I needed new pads for my Lectric 3.0 bike, rears were totally gone in only 50 miles.These fit perfect and are much quieter, so much so that I also replaced the front pads that had lots of wear still left.The piston compressor works well but you must fully remove the caliper.The shim spacer to align the caliper also worked great and made caliper alignment a snap as my rear was way out of alignment from the factory and is why the pads wore down so quickly.Will definitely buy this kit again but as it comes with 4 sets of pads that will be a while.

Look to be better than the OEM I have just replaced them with. Good quality it seems, but don't know the durability yet. Work well, smooth and without noise or chatter. Good value.

Very happy to find these break pads for my Lectric XP Step-Thru 3.0 White eBike after many hours of researching in the web and Amazon. Much cheaper that the Lectric brand ($40 + $10 shipping) and only for one set (either for the from or rear) with this purchase you get two sets really a great deal !. Installation was super easy, just grab a nose pliers unbend the bobby pin extract the old brooch and the old break pads, insert the included barrette, bend one end and you are ready to enjoy your ride! It was that easy. Great stoping power no noise for me. Will buy them again when wear out totally worth it. Will update later after riding my bike.

Las compré en oferta. Por el precio, estuvo perfecto. Peeeero. Si haces downhill olvídalo, si haces ruta con descenso largo, no la recomiendo. En uso normal y recreativo están perfectas.Las uso para gravel en plano y montaña, y en descensos largos después de unos pocos metros pierden agarre, aunque presiones freno a fondo no logras detenerte. Si rechinan un poco.

Using these on SRAM axs rival equipped specialized aethos. I have been using them in my from caliper as my rear is filled with a $40 pair of SRAM metallic pads and I cannot feel the difference. Very quiet in the rain too. Maybe some initial squealing but go quiet once the rotors (Shimano rt-mt 800)are warmed up. Sure they only last about 1 month of heavy cx braking and long downhill descents but for about $4 per pair they work great and for what I'd go through in the same time as the more expensive name brand I'm saving money.Would totally recommend.

I bought these due to most shops not having the pads I need. I ride up/down steep hills daily on my commute, and these guys hold up!! I am pleasantly surprised. There is minimal squeaking, to be honest there was more with my Shimano pads made of the same material. These are definitely worth checking out.
