Works great with white chocolate. The picture shows all the pieces I used for cake decor. I used gel food color to pain them after molded.

Reminds me of something you’d find at a craft store (Michael’s, Hobby Lobby). It is a little stiffer than most silicone molds, but it got the job done. Works better when using your fondant on the harder side than when not, but either way it’s manageable.(If it’s too soft just add a little tylose or CMC 😉)This was a 3 layered, 8” cake for reference

I tried this and fondant first time ever in my life. I bought this one in particular for the coral as I didn’t want to buy paper ones and have my child unintentionally eat glitter from china.. Working with this mold was a piece of cake, with a bit of starch and toothpick, all the coral pieces fell out in one piece and i could easily transfer them to the cake and arrange the anges as I wished..nothing broke. Mold itself is thich, not too deep, detailed enough and very bendable. I steam sterilized it and it was designed for it, no damagesI recommend:)

I used the sand dollar and shells to decorate a mermaid cake. They added the perfect effect and were a good size for a 9 inch cake round. Easy to use and easy to clean. I started out by putting too much fondant in them and had much better success when I put in a small amount and spread it out to reach the sides of the mold.
