The hook is fixated at a weird angle and the rotating neck along with the hook, are plastic. I he hook rotating “neck” snapped in a week. Metal S-hooks for a stroller bag-carrier may be a better choice.

Bought these to attach bag chairs, towel rolls and portable umbrellas to my folding wagon. I just attached rubber bands around my towel rolls and umbrellas & use the hooks on these to hang over the wagon sides giving me extra room in the wagon. If the straps on the bag chairs are a little long, theres enough room on the hook to loop it around to get the right fit. Love them & makes it easy to bring extra chairs & umbrella to the softball games.
