I re-did my kitchen cabinets in my home and this product made a world of difference! When I started my cabinet project, I had intended on completely stripping them down to the wood and staining them as they were. That proved to be a lot more difficult than expected so I purchased the Retique It Liquid Wood Paint (also from Amazon) to get the wood finish I was looking for. However, this tool took that product to another level! When I tell guests that the cabinets are painted they never believe me! After the Retique It paint dries, you go over it with a standard wood stain. This tool definitely takes some getting used to, but the beauty of stain is that you can wipe it off and start all over! I rinsed these off easily and am saving them for any future DIY projects!

First pic: one coat paint with primerSecond pic: freshly applied second coat using two of the four different wood grain stamps.Third pic, the dried result.Four different wood grain textures have so many options. Not only fun to use but the doors now look high end and at a cost so much cheaper than buying new doors! Any botched or crooked lines can be rolled over and reran, while wet. Stamps clean easily with water and a brush.I can't wait to add the raised trim and new hardware. Great product!

This did exactly what I needed! I watched a how-to video on YTube first, as this didn’t come with an elaborate instructional guide, lol. Highly recommend that if you’re unsure how to use it. If you know *how* to perform the process, then this tool will absolutely work as intended. It was admittedly a little messy, but what DIY paint job isn’t??My #1 tip is letting your first coat fully dry before trying to begin the faux wood grain process. The variety of sizes helped create a realistic look. I included a photo of my finished product. Wish I’d taken a before picture- it was a cherry veneered bathroom vanity that wasn’t my style at all. I scuff sanded it, primed it, painted it greige, waited for it to dry, then used these tools to create the faux wood grain look with a darker paint. Fits in perfectly with my neutral aesthetic now and no one believes it was a DIY project!

Cheaper and better quality than the ones sold at Ace hardware near me. Also for the price I get larger ones and one extra one without the cheap handles

So easy to use and replicate grain pattern. I was unsure how to use the rubber blocks as no instructions were included so I found a YouTube. Turns out it’s so simple, but good to begin with one edge down, drag across while rolling to opposite edge. In any case even imperfect drags with block look great.

They worked fine. It would be nice if they added a interchangable handle.
