Made from 14 gauge steel,black powder-coat for rust-resistant and sturdy enough.
EASY INSTALLATION
It allows easy installation on 4x4 wood posts on existing concrete. (actual 3.6"x 3.6" dry post on market) on existing concrete with 1/2-Inch diameter anchors, wood post are NOT included.
FITS 4×4'' POST
The durable product provides an inner diameter of 3.6x 3.6 inches. Its standard dimension allows you to install post 4 x 4 inches. It is perfect for fixing your fence posts economically.
ENHANCED DURABILITY
There are four mounting holes on the bottom of the post anchor. Eight self-tapping screws need to be installed on the side of the post base. It can prevent from shaking randomly.
SCREWS &ANCHORS SUPPLIED
16pcs expansion anchors (for concrete floor) and 32pcs flat head self-tapping screws (for 4x4 post securing) have been included in this 4 PACK post bases.

The concrete anchors included are crap. Also, don’t buy 1/2” anchors, they don’t fit. A 3/8 bolt wedge anchor works well. The brackets are a little big, and a 4x4 fits a little loose. They collapse a little when you put the screws in from the sides so that helps a little. These are a lot cheaper than Simpson at Home Depot, but it’s also not as good of a bracket. You don’t always need a ANSI certification though, worked ok for my application once I bought anchors.

These Post Base holders held up my railing on my front stoop. I had to drill into concrete and fasten them with anchors and bolts, but once I tightened them down, they held very well.

These post brackets are great quality and very functional for installing 4x4 wooden posts. They are also priced much better than the local box box hardware stores. I used these for installing a wooden privacy screen on top of existing handrails. These post brackets made it easy and affordable!

The brackets are generally ok, however do not have any allowance for holes drilling being even a millimeter off. Drilling on hard concrete needs that wiggle room. Also, the provided anchors are way too soft and do not hold, and even a light hammering in place destroys the top and unable to tighten and lock the washer and nut in place. I ended up buying my own anchors. Stop using cheap unhardened steel.

I used these to build a waterslide on top of a deck. They are very sturdy and look great. The options available for Home Depot and Lowes were many times more expensive and these got the job done well.

i bought these to add fencing to a concrete wall in my backyard. i put up a 6 foot privacy fence surrounding my whole yard up to my concrete walled patio- then i anchored these to the concrete and cut treated 4x4’s and mounted them into these brackets and hung fence panels that i cut in half to be the same height as the rest of my fence. these brackets with fencing are the sturdiest part of my whole fence. i am extremely happy with my purchase. the brackets came with all of the hardware needed for mounting into concrete and also with screws to mount the 4x4’s in place. if i ever need to put up any fencing on concrete i will absolutely purchase these again.

Durante la instalación, al apoyar la escalera al poste de madera para colocar una lámpara se ladeó, doblandose de la base, les falta rigidez, no pude terminar el proyecto de la pérgola, porque quedaría muy endeble. Deberia tener o soporte en los 4 lados y/o escuadras auxiliares. Tal ves para un barandal de ornamento sirva, no para uno de soporte.
