The reset feature works really well and I have not had any issues. The only thing I would note is if you’re trying to fit this fuse in a tight space between other fuses, you might run into an issue.

Exactly what I was needing for an APC Back UPS Battery. In that particular model the fuse can blow easily during battery pack replacement. It happened once, so I decided to use an auto reset fuse as replacement. This one did the trick, it already proved to work. It has a thick body, so it gave me a little problem to fit in the tight circuitry of that device, but I managed to install it. I liked that the legs can be trimmed depending on the installation conditions.I totally recommend it, especially for power back up devices.

Used this to replace fuse on after market battery for power wheels toy. The fuse would blow and I thought man why didnt this come with a resetting breaker… so I purchased this to use in place of fuse. No problems thus far.

Used for 18v power wheel upgrade on 12v barbie escalade power wheel, my girls 4 and 6 can't feel alive if they aren't tempting death... At 18v these toys have a lot more speed and power. Closer to 10mph vs 5mph normally in high gear.But when in the grass, or with multiple riders, the amperage demand from the motors can spike... This eventually burns out the motor. This prevents those energy spikes from reaching the motor, and protects the motors making running 18v or 24v thru these things possible.I had been using a 100 pack of 30 amp fuses, which also worked great. I successfully trained the kids how to replace the fuses, which is incredibly rewarding to see them driving like maniacs around the hood, blow out a fuse, pop the hood and replace it and get right back going again all on their own. Makes a dad proud watching his independent women!Not sure if 40amp is safe for the motors, but been running 30 amp for 2 years and haven't blown a motor yet. Only got a couple more years before they outgrow these things anyway, so I'm betting that the 40 amp will get us that far. We will see!
