Not that effective. Caused rash, had to wear outside of clothes, could not leave in direct contact with skin.

I purchased these for a trip thinking that you need to use them and replace them every few hours. Wrong! If you put them back in the little Ziploc bag they come in they last for many many hours. Had I known that I would’ve probably bought 10 of these Instead of 40
