We had a big birthday blowout here at the beginning of the year, and since the event took place outside, I wanted something a bit better than a paper plate to put the food in. We made a really tasty mac n' cheese and had all kinds of toppings people could put on it, as a sort of "build your own mac bowl" bar. We had chicken, brisket, bbq sauce, bacon, home made bread crumbs, pepper jack cheese, jalapenos, bbq grilled corn, and ranch. These were perfect for letting everyone make their own plate, bake, and take out side. And, they were even better for storing and freezing left overs.
