Flange Nuts have wide flanges at one end that act as integrated, non-spinning washers. FYI - Nothing wrong with these except the description - interference fit nuts have tapered threads to lock onto bolts. It's a one-time process, if you take off the nut and reattach later it won't hold without thread locker fluid.
