A bike headset is a component of a bicycle that connects the fork to the frame and allows for steering of the front wheel. It consists of several bearings and races that allow the fork to rotate smoothly in the frame's head tube. The headset also helps to absorb shocks and vibrations from the road, improving the bike's overall comfort and stability. The threadless headsets have a smooth steerer tube and clamp onto the fork using a system of spacers and a compression cap.

Our headset includes all the necessary parts including star nut, compression ring and bolt, cups, sealed bearings and crown race, top cap etc.

Was not the right size for my head tube, or even the right type. My mistake was not doing my research or measuring. However it came with Star nut and top cap that can be utilized in another build. At the price I'm okay with it.

The Juscycling 44/44mm Zero Stack headset made a significant difference when I installed it on my 2021 Giant Talon 1. The original headset had a frustrating binding issue when turning sharply to the right, but this upgrade solved that problem.Installation was straightforward, requiring only a bearing cup press. Once in place, the headset not only performed excellently but also enhanced the bike's appearance. The smooth turning is a noticeable improvement.What really stands out is the protection against water intrusion. The outer seal, o-ring on the fork steerer tube, and cap for the screw effectively keep moisture out, providing peace of mind when riding in various conditions.The sealed/cartridge bearings are a game-changer, ensuring durability and reliability. No more worries about maintenance or premature wear.I did face a slight challenge during installation due to a mix of OEM and aftermarket parts, resulting in some visual incompatibility. However, it didn't affect the Juscycling headset's performance.In summary, the Juscycling 44/44mm Zero Stack headset is a fantastic upgrade for the Giant Talon 1. It solves issues, looks great, and offers excellent water protection and durability. Highly recommended for a better riding experience!

Eventhough this is sealed bearings, it is not rhe same as my FSA's where only the bottom part is accessible to open. I bought the wrong one though. I should've gotten the 34mms instead.
