This item just did not work. I was trying to hold an extension cord to the bottom of my bookshelf using several of these and it did not stick well

These are great for my purposes...Sticking things to other things!So far only used a handful of them, for sticking a power strip to the back of my desk, and a small 5 port switch to the same are.Once in place that adhesive is very strong, really would have to make the effort to remove the attached items.I also like that it is a thicker foam, rather than just double sided thin tap.Make the use on items that might have a slight ridge around the bottom or something with small feet on it, like the switch, the thickness allows the item to still stick.Will be ordering again once I get low on these.

The old sticky back for my phone mount in my car came off a while ago & I've tried various things to keep it up & secure my phone but nothing has been working. Decided to try these out & they are working like a dream. They are super easy to use & have withstood the weight of my mount, phone, & heavy duty case quite well. And I have tons left over in case the one I'm currently using fails in the future so this was a great deal for me!

Absolutely recommend. 10/10Such a benefit to our arsenal of DIY tools. I love these and have used them for so many things so far and have even more plans for using these in my business. I have no worries as I 100% trust 3M products and the stick is impeccable. I like the packaging as it comes in a zippered closure baggie for storage and even instructions for use (pretty easy to use without instructions but I am impressed with the attention to detail, here).There are 48 stickers (foam tape, whatever you call them, haha) in the package, but just know, you may need another order if you're anything like me and have OCD. LOL, I have placed these and decided I needed to remove them and start over many times. Speaking of removal, these are STICKY. They don't like to come back off the surface once placed, so be careful!I love these and trust the brand based off of this purchase enough to try their other products. Very happy!

Even a 8x10 sized photo and frame fell off the wall with this, but if you cannot use nails then these would be ok with smaller or lighter items. Posters would be perfect. They'll also rip painting off the wall so that's not recommended either. Even though they're flat, they are thick which may be unwanted in the scope you're going for with things kind of popping off the wall unnaturally. I'm not quite sure how to remove these without also removing paint or leaving sticky residue behind which is a perk of command strips.But they're alright (4 stars) for double sided tapes. The instructions are to pull off one side, put on wall, wait 5 minutes. Then pull off other side and stick object. Make sure wall and object is clean (and dry) before sticking.

I always like to have Velcro, double sided tape & sticky hooks around the house, because they're things you just never know when you may need them. This pack of 48 pieces of double sided mounting squares has an attractive price for the amount they give. They're 3M, which is a reputable brand. I've used them to mount a few smaller sized hooks for hanging some lightweight things & so far, they're held up nicely.
