This set of wooden stacking rocks offers a fun way to turn simple block stacking into a much more challenging game. These ended up being a great fit for my daughter. She loves collecting rocks from the yard, and the brightly colored rock shapes included in this set were immediately appealing to her. She likes to sort them, get a sense for the different shapes, and of course stack them.Compared to regular blocks, the increase in challenge here is significant. In addition to requiring a sense of balance, the shapes have relatively small surfaces that require pretty precise placement to create a stack that doesn't collapse right away. It's a fun challenge that (as you might expect) will be more difficult for younger kids, but remains challenging for older kids.The blocks are well produced, with smooth surfaces and vibrant colors. The paint seems to hold up, despite the blocks being knocked around with use - I haven't noticed any chipping or similar.Ultimately, these are easy to recommend as a way to increase the challenge of stacking blocks in a visually appealing and engaging manner.

I got these on a whim and, to my surprise, my kids have decided this is one of their favorite toys now. All four love to stack and create things with these and they get played with so much that we are actually getting a second set.

These wooden blocks have a nice smooth texture. Some pieces are small so I would not recommend for children under the age of 4. The different shapes allow children to create varied structures and the colors are quite nice. This is the perfect toy for STEM building challenges.

We got this for our 2 year old grand daughter. She loves them! She will sit for quite a while stacking these.She thinks its funny when they fall over! These blocks are well made and are a bit more challenging to stack than tradition blocks. The colors are vibrant and fun. I love that this provides her with some low key entertainment with no bells and whistles, just good old fashion fun, using her brain and improving hand eye coordination. These are perfectly sized for her little hands.This one is a winner!

Blocks came inside a plain, cardboard box. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I’m so disappointed. No card, no directions or messaging. Just blocks in a plain box. Seems cheap for what I paid.
