Punch hole with punch tool.
Put the leather between the cap and socket.
Use the pointed tool, vertically hammer it with light force to push the cap and socket together.
Put the cap one the base.
Put the leather between the cap and socket.
Use the concave tool, vertically hammer it with light force to push the post and stud together.
Lock the mechanisms together securely.

Works very well for thinner fabric. Had to do some shaving down for leather. Good quality though

I was pleasantly surprised these snaps worked great. They are a bit smaller than regular 15mm snaps but that was not a problem. I used these snaps on towels and I was worried that the towel would be to thick for the snaps but even with 2 layers of towel they worked great! Will buy again.
