Bought the left handed guide for my Milwaukee 7.25 circular saw model #6391. The guide does fit but the accompanying set knob is useless. The thread does not match my saw’s thread.

I knew these existed for quite a while but wasn't expecting to find one new for my model,. I'm using an old 6310-20 with an alien adapter for a modern Milwaukee M18 instead of the original nic d battery..I couldn't believe to see this on here for my old model and at such a great price!!It feels durable and doesn't wiggle around on me, easy to adjust as needed. Was able to make several good rip cuts using this already including a 45° rip..I find having a fence like this for a skill saw is an absolute need!! if you don't have a table saw yet, and frankly even if you do. Having one of these floating around can be a real life saver.. potentially literally if your trying to rip cut without one!

Worked very well for cutting 4" strips off of 3/4" plywood using my cordless circular saw. A very simple solution for when you have to do repeated cuts/rips with your circular saw.The knob is a little on the 'cheap' side, so I don't know how it will last long-term, but for the price, I am not expecting a ton.

I live in Hawaii and for some reason these are impossible to find at our local hardware stores. I picked this up with one purpose in mind and that is quick cutting strips of half inch and 3/4 ply for jam spacers or gap fillers in rough framing. For these reasons I wasn’t concerned about how perfectly square the outrigger is to the blade. I feel like if you need perfect cuts you should be using a track or table saw to accomplish that task. For my usage needs this was a perfectly suitable attachment for my Milwaukee 6 1/2 inch cordless saw. It allows me to fir out headers and jams quickly with cuts that are faster and more precise than snapping a line and cutting, or wrestling out the job site table saw for a few cuts. Works best for me for 5 1/2 cuts or less. I didn’t need the thumbscrew provided because most Milwaukee saws come with one that has a slightly bigger knob and better quality. Nice to have one included in case yours is lost or not provided with your original purchase. That said the thumbscrew provided threads well and is adequate enough. Welds are sufficient and ruler is accurate enough for what I need it do. Fits the Milwaukee receiver channel precisely for a wiggle free fit. Based on my reasonable expectations for quality and usage limitations I would recommend this tool for similar use. If precision cuts are what you’re looking for, this type of tool is not really what you need or want for that task. This is not the most rigid saw guide I’ve owned and that’s partially due to the limitations imposed by Milwaukee on the receiving channel. It’s more narrow than a 7 1/2 Skill saw channel. Not the quality of most standard saw guides made from heavy gauge steel but also suitable for the saw size and the application.

Gonna rip some panelboard with this thing. wanted to test it out on a 2x4 to see how accurate it it.Accurate adjustment and gave me a pretty even cut considering the piece of wood I was squaring off wasn't that straight to begin with.Fit my Ryobi and my skillsaw just fine. Had to use a different screw but not a big deal. Great addition to my tool collection.
