I stuck this on a scooter, didnt change anything. . It started right off. The carb on this is easy to adjust. The gear that it comes with is 20 tooth f8, I paired it with a 44 and the scooter flys. I did seal the gearbox. And I do grease in the gearbox, no transmission gear oil. The gearbox does come with grease in it. So why would I use oil. The little engine comes ready to run.
