For the first couple weeks they worked ok. A month later, my cloud storage doesn’t work but I’m still charged. I get alerts from one of the cameras, but yet there’s never anything there and it will not let me pull up a live view.On my other camera, it’s not working at all and customer service just keeps going back-and-forth and making up excuses and telling me to try something else when I have literally tried everything… I am not happy at all with them and I told them I was going to follow a bad complaint and they stopped responding to me. I would look elsewhere when you’re trying to find a camera. Complete waste of money for me and they will not resolve the issue.

I ordered thus product to install in my barn. I have sheep and cattle.This is a truly amazing product. Setup was easy. The camera stays connected and provides amazing video. Even when I'm away from my network.I plan to purchase several additional cameras to deploy around my property.Owners manual could be a bit better. However, the customer support is excellent.I do have LinkedIn signal boosters so wifi coverage is not an issue.

Really Satisfied with this pan and tilt cam... The solar panel isn't as big as I thought it was. Which is a real good thing... It has a pretty long wire so I can install it a little bit away from the actual camera to get the best angle for the sunlight to charge. The pan and tilt is Great.. It also allows you to adjust the speed of the pan and tilt!.. And the LEDs on it are very Bright. I looked at them directly and it messed up my vision for Few minutes. And can't forget about the Zoom, It zooms in really nice, u won't be disappointed ..😵💫There's NOT an area around my house that it does not see!! .. I always get the cloud subscription and never have a problem. **Very reasonable priced!!).. And the video is so nice and clear u will not have an issue with that at all!... The motion detection works just as it should.. I don't put it on constantly but when I do it works excellent.(Alerts).. whether there's a car approaching or the kids running or walking through the yard ECT ect ..Setup is so easy .. that's the least of your worries... I have it installed on the opposite side of my house and it has a nice strong Wi-Fi signal..👍.. I look at the camera multiple times a day when I'm away and even when I'm in another state which I do pretty often and it works flawlessly. I had a few issues, so I contacted customer service and Yilia replied to my questions very fast and the issues was resolved.. This is how customer service should be!! So glad I could see what's happening around my house when I'm not actually around my house!!! *****Very Happy ******👍👍👍

Setup was easy and it connected without any issues. The camera is sturdy and video is clear. It offers a wider view than the one I have up on the other side of my house, wish I would’ve gotten two of these instead of the other camera I previously purchased from a different seller. Don’t waste your money somewhere else like I did, buy this one from the beginning!!

These cameras exceeded my expectations. They are well constructed and have features that I didn't anticipate, such as voice communication, audio recording, motion-activated spot lights, and remote PTZ capability. The cameras were installed with relative ease and connection to the mobile app was guided by voice as well as written instructions. The solar panels are mounted separately, which allows them to be positioned for optimal solar exposure. Image equality is excellent. I would definitely buy these cameras again and recommend them to friends.

It says it gives the option to put my own sim card with my own carrier but it does not read it. It only reads the sim it came with so I have to use the service plan that it comes with. Kind of annoying that i set up a plan with t mobile but wasted it and just went with their plan instead. Battery life is awesome and so is picture qualityUpdate.I'm glad I went with their plan, as it is unlimited for 20 a month per camera. Working excellent and i have 0 problems. I love having these. Mind you one is in direct rain almost every day. Battery hasn't left 100% it's amazing .
