I got this for my 3 children who are on a competitive swim team to use. It is fantastic! It easily packs into a small mesh draw string bag which can be put in their swim bags without taking up much room. At practice, they attach it to the base of the diving block and swim away. It is amazing to watch just hard they have to swim to touch the opposite end of the lane. The last 3-4 feet they are furiously swimming! They have also used it at our home pool which is significantly smaller than the 25yd one they practice and compete in. We double up the bungee and attach it to a strong base we have on our pool deck and it works just as well. I'd say the weight of the bungee is good for ages 13 and under. As they get older and stronger they will need to use a heavier bungee to keep it challenging.My kids and the team LOVE this product! I highly recommend this to swimmers!!

Grazie alla resistenza offerta, si può nuotare praticamente senza spostarsi, rendendo possibile un allenamento continuo anche in spazi ridotti.Ci sono alcuni aspetti migliorabili: l’elastico da indossare in vita è piuttosto sottile, e può risultare fastidioso dopo un uso prolungato. Inoltre, il design dei ganci su entrambi i lati, pur essendo funzionale, può rendere leggermente complicato l’ancoraggio dell’estremità opposta a quella agganciata al corpo.
