We work closely with our outsourced design and development team, to make sure our products perform as we intend to. We do this by first identifying the main goals of our new and prospective products and what features and problems it will resolve for the user. We then consult with our development team on possible designs that will meet the needs of the current market. When concluding with our product development team, we then decide if we should create a protype which will be unique in design and solve a need in with users. If the product makes the cut, then we create detailed instructions on the assembly and use of the product so you won’t have any problems when your product arrives.

Our Factory has experienced technicians who work closely with us in order to get the best possible idea of how each component should be welded and fabricated on our products to ensure ideal fit and function for your application. The welders at the factory have fabrication capabilities for all types of our products and use materials such as aluminum, brass, stainless steel, structural steel and tubing.

Quality was excellent. No damage during shipping. Easy to assemble without instructions.Only thing is I wish the booms were about 6” longer. But still works fine..

Great for the price. Do not expect Gibraltar or dw quality. I bought these for my electronic cymbals and I’m very happy with them but I would never buy them for an acoustic kit.

So this order was not perfect by any means. However it was not all the companies fault, it was Fedex, still they were communicative and responsive and helpful. Once the stands got here there were 2 missing stands but again they worked with me and fixed the issue as quick as possible. Mistakes happen and their customer service handled it beautifully. Also the stands are great and the price is unbelievable. Will definitely order more in the future!

As the mother of a drummer, I am new to this. I was looking for something affordable but also good quality. To be honest the weight of each stand took me by surprise! I love the grips on the feet and how sturdy they are. I put an 18” china gong on one the boom stands and it didn’t move at all. I was worried about the weight of the cymbal weighing it down. I couldn’t be more pleased with this order. I also loved being able to buy a set and not having to buy them all separately. Such a great deal!

At my age I was searching for more lightweight cymbal stands that were still road worthy. I could have opted for aluminum but those come with a hefty price tag. I stumbled on these stands from Griffen and I think they are going to do really well for me. They are double braced and sturdy yet lighter than my name brand stands which I will use in my studio while I take these out on the road with me!

I'm a hard drummer & "heavy metal", and I hit the 20" Ride a bit hard, testing it out, and the tip of stand broke. They IMMEDIATELY sent a replacement out, no questions asked. Can't beat that kind of service.
