This product was advertised as replacement bearing cones for front and rear axles of 9 &10mm.However, both sets are too small of diameter and too coarse of thread to fit ultra-common, ubiquitous Shimano front /rear hub axles that are 9 & 10 mm respectively. This product shipped was 3/8", for Kids BMX bikes, not adult Road bicycle hubs. Quality does appear adequate and shipping was prompt and packaging was secure; but sizing/ measurements were not accurate.... your product is 3/8" size(9.5mm) and definitely does not fit a 10mm by 1mm threaded Shimano axle. "Rounding up" to 10 mm size for your product is not a usable solution. Thank you.

FYI, the larger nuts thread size is 1/8-27NPT. They DO NOT fit a 3/8" axle. About 3/8" down the threads it started chewing it up. I had run a die over the axle to salvage the threads. I also tried re-tapping one of the nuts to 3/8-24 and ended up destroying 2 tap - chewed the teeth right off them. No idea what thread size the smaller nuts are. I could find no tap, SAE or metric, that would fit it. I tried it on a 5/16" axle from a 24" front rim and it wouldn't go on. I gave it 2 stars for the metal being so hard. They're probably great for whatever they're for, but not the above mentioned axles.
