I did not like that It was folded in half when I received it. And it made a big crease in the middle of the case! So I straightened it out ,and used my blowdryer, to heat up the crease, and 90% of it came out! I also did not like the velcro on the inside Flap so I took it off! I now absolutely love this case! It has lots of storage and it is Padded very well. I don't think you can find a better case for the money!

I play in two serious pool leagues, and I have a lot of pool equipment. I carry a cue, a breaking cue, a jump cue, a short cue (because one of the leagues has a layout where some tables have a post that creates issues for making a shot, especially when draw or spin is needed for position if you're using a regular cue), and an adjustable bridge that is too long at its shortest length to fit anywhere else in the bag. Besides those pieces of equipment, I carry multiple accessories like chalk and their holders, gloves, cue tip shapers, etc. The bag has more than adequate storage. I purchased the gray bag, and it does look good when full. I'd give 5 stars if storage and looks were the only issues.When the bag is full, it's fine, but when I return home and empty it so I can play on my own table, the bag becomes flimsy and doesn't stand up well in the closet.The main reason for giving less than 5 stars is that the bag also has other limitations. For example, I agree with other reviewers that it's not a good idea to ship the bag folded in half because the bag arrives with bad creases that don't go away easily.More importantly, I bought the bag because I have arthritic shoulder pain in both shoulders, and bags with only one shoulder carrying strap aggravate my shoulder problem. This bag has two long straps and looks like it would be a great "backpack" to relieve my shoulder issues. Although the backpack carrying does help, the help is not that great. Carrying it is better but not great. Additionally, it doesn't go on as a backpack that easily; I struggle to get it on both shoulders without real effort, especially when wearing a coat because of cold weather. I'm concerned that it won't work as a backpack when winter comes, and I'll have to wear a heavier coat.In summary, the bag gets 5 stars for storage but only 4 stars (at best) because of its limitations.

A++ I've seen other players with this same bag, and we instantly agree: It's the best bag out there! Please note the price! They're getting 100% of the market potential with the design, quality, and price point.I would even buy another one in a different color; maybe blue or burgundy!

Needed another cue case because I got another cue. This case fit my needs over and above. It's storage compartments have storage compartments. Securely carries my cues, shafts, and accessories with ease. I like the 3 options for carrying the case and love the back zipper for hiding the backpack straps. Gives it a clean look. Overall I'm very pleased with this case.

From reading other reviews before purchasing this item, mine did come folded but after inserting the cues into it, the folded wrinkle disappeared. Excellent product! Very roomy in the outside zipper compartments. The interior protects my sticks perfectly. The butt and shafts are a perfect fit. The felt material is very soft and won't scratch your sticks. A very high quality product in my opinion. Also, very comfortable for backpacking it as well.
