They buckle for the main compartment does not stay latched, I had to replace it in order for it to work at all.

The buckle for the pouch where the precious cues live does not stay latched. Contacted sell and was told that they will send a new buckle and I asked if they would send instructions on how to replace it. They response was "I will find out if we could do that and get back to you". They have not contacted me since. I am stuck with a case that does not stay latch and my cues (Expensive Lucasi) fall right out of the case while caring it. Without this feature working properly this is totally useless and jeopardizes my equipment. I cannot emphasize enough how poop the communication is with this seller. If I wanted poor treatment like this I would have purchased it from Ebay. Good luck.

Very durable, very sturdy, well made, big pockets...it's great!. Only complaint - the shoulder strap does disconnect from the case (the bottom does unhook but the top is sewed to the case).

This is a very well made case. It looks great and is solid. Holds everything securely including my jump shaft in the long zippered compartment. No complaints.

love this case, I have it full and haven't had any issues so far, all the zippers works great and the handle seems to be strong enough to hold all my sticks and accessories. the material is nice and case feels well built love the spring loaded tubes in the front .great buy for the $$

Case does the job. It will accommodate 31" butts/shafts easily. I think only the front shaft holes under the flap are spring loaded, but is not a problem for me since I store my butts pin up. But I will verify and update post. This case is a BEAST and will diffidently make heads turn when you walk into a room. Love the oversized accessory pockets.Correction:All for spot under the flap ARE spring loaded (2B/2S)...
