Seem like good-quality caster wheels. Don't see anything wrong with them from the outside. I won't know how they actually perform until I mount them on some casters but I got these just to have a backup so it will be a while before I can put them to work.

These are well-designed and surprisingly lightweight, making them easy to handle without feeling flimsy. The construction feels solid, and the attention to detail in the design is clear. They have a nice balance between durability and ease of use.My only concern was the plastic centers, but they’re thicker than expected and seem built to last. Overall, they feel like a smart buy—light enough to be practical but sturdy enough to hold up over time.

The caster wheels are a major upgrade that replaced a set on my bench. They are solidly made and are on the heavier side. I foresee these lasting a long time so I highly recommend this product for anyone searching for a set of reliable, heavy duty casters.

I have American made Bassick casters on a lot of our equipment. They were purchased 40 years ago. Like me, a lot has happened in those years. The wheels on those are solid rubber, with no bearings, just a hole in the rubber. We have found that the biggest enemies of the tires are UV light and parking them. Leaving them outside with a load and not moving them until they flat spot has killed many of them.We tried to find a suitable replacement caster, an entire assembly. Ouch. Plan B, replace the ruined tires with new wheels. The logical replacement was cast metal wheels. Except the the carts that were moved on a regular basis sounded like a travelling bowling alley. Time for a rethink.Metal wheels with a polyurethane tire worked well, but at the price, they were overkill for a lot of the carts. Then these guys came along. The material the tread is made from is about 40 on the Shore-D scale. To give you an idea, how hard that is, full fledged Poly on metal treads are about 50, thermoplastic used on some wheels is 30. Good rubber casters are about about 20. The rubber on Hoobar Fright casters can fall below 15. The weight rating on these wheels bear it out, dead in the middle between Poly on metal and thermoplastic. No more people leaning out of a doorway yelling, "strike!" as a load is rolled by. (It kind of made the management nervous.) These wheel may have their limitations, but when used correctly they are a great buy. They far exceed the use we use them for.Loosening one bolt, removing the old wheel then tightening one bolt with the new wheel and calling it done, sure beats undoing 4 bolts, cussing when the holes don't line up, drilling out the holes, reaching into the box only to realize the casters did not come with bolts, heading down to the store to buy new attaching hardware, and bolting it all back up. Then standing back with pride only to realize that you have put both new stationary casters on the same side... yeah, with that in mind these are an even bigger bargain.I gave it 5 stars because they are well made and after living through that nightmare I just described, they are priceless. Or well worth the price.

I bought these for a custom workbench cart, and they seem super solid. The listing was a little ambiguous about what was included, so to clarify, you do not get the mounting plates. It includes 4 wheels with bearings, a heavy duty bolt, nut and collar to act as the axle. That works for my project as I'm building them into a steel frame. These casters are a pretty good value when you factor in the cost per lb. And while I haven't put them to use yet, I'm confident they are going to be up to the task.

First and foremost, the build quality of these caster wheels is exceptional. The polyurethane material on a polyolefin core provides a perfect balance of durability and smooth rolling. The wheels glide effortlessly, which is a significant advantage when maneuvering heavy loads. The double roller bearings add to the smoothness of the operation, ensuring that they can handle heavy-duty tasks with ease. One of the standout features of these wheels is their versatility. Whether you’re looking to replace old wheels on a cart, dolly, or any other equipment, these casters fit the bill perfectly. They are designed to withstand rigorous use, and I have no doubt that they will last a long time, even under demanding conditions.Installation was a breeze, which is always a plus when it comes to replacements. The wheels fit snugly and securely, and I appreciate the attention to detail in their design. They feel solid and reliable, giving me confidence that they will perform well in various environments. As for the price point, I find these caster wheels to be an excellent value for the quality they offer. It’s not often you come across a product that combines great craftsmanship with affordability. If you’re in the market for durable, reliable caster wheels, look no further. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend the 6 Inch Polyurethane Caster Wheels. They are well-crafted, designed to last, and perfect for whatever your needs may be. If you’re seeking high-quality wheels at a great price, these are definitely the ones to choose. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchase!

Our kitchen lsland had four castors and two of which had broken down and plastic wheels had degraded. After a long internet search these items were available from the USA. They were ordered on 30 September and were delivered on 19 October. They were as described and fitted with no drama. We now have a working mobile kitchen lsand. Job’s a good’un.

Overall, these are decent replacement wheels. I used these to replace the rotted and falling apart wheels on an old full sized Craftsman toolbox. Some of the moldings could have been cleaned up better but are good enough for their purpose. I do wish that the inner bearings were pre-greased as I had to use a lot of grease on these before installing. Some of the tubes/shafts that the bolts went through seemed a bit longer than 2" but the forks they were going in may have also been squeezed together some by the previous wheels. Either way I had to expand out the forks on 3 of 4 to fit these wheels. Another thing I would have liked would have been for the bolts to be grade 8 with a weight rating that high. Seems like that would be required.
