I returned mine right away.Broke a wire lug immediately upon installation.It is likely that I over-torqued it, but there were NO included instructions on that specification.If they don't want these things to be returned, then they should include torque specs in the instructions.I could be wrong about his, but It seemed a little cheesy and flimsy for a 50amp plug.I opted to go another route.Your mileage may vary.

After over two hours trying to make this male adapter work, I've given up.Here are some issues.1) screws holding cap are not long enough to grab it, see picture attached. On the same picture you can see screws holding the cord are barely long enough for #6/3 cord (50A requirement) plus bracket is from very soft plastic and screw goes right through it.2) ground / bonding metal on the side is loose, I don't think it'll create reliable ground transfer3) plug itself is too loose when connected to female plug. Again, poor connection will be an issue.FYI, I'm license electrician since 1988 and I've doubts that this is properly certified piece.

Screws strip if you are not easy. It works but I will spend a little more next time.
