But I DO know what I like, and I like these solar flood lights. A lot.Installation was a breeze, even for me, a person who considers assembling IKEA furniture an extreme sport. And the brightness? Holy moly! I'm pretty sure they're visible from space. My neighbors might hate me, but at least they can see their house numbers now.The motion detector is where these lights truly shine (pun intended!). Walk past them, and BAM! Instant sunshine explosion. It's like having your own personal paparazzi, but instead of taking unflattering photos, they just illuminate your questionable late-night snacking habits.And the fact that they're solar-powered? Amazing! I'm saving money, helping the environment, and looking like a responsible adult all at the same time. Plus, no more fumbling for the light switch in the dark! Now, all I need is a disco ball and a fog machine, and my backyard will be the hottest (and brightest) spot in the neighborhood.Seriously though, if you're looking for super-bright, easy-to-install, and eco-friendly outdoor lighting, these are the lights for you. Just be prepared to explain to your neighbors why their power bill suddenly went down.

This is an excellent solar light, it was easy to install and it works beautifully. It is bright, then when motion is detected it gets even brighter. It lights up a huge area and can easily tell at dark if something/someone is moving around as it brightens. This excellence is durable and really withstands the weather elements, wether it's rain, snow or sun, it stays steady. I love having this light at the home.. The solar charges the batteries and it lasts all night long. Again the motion detection on this is phenomenal. I would order this again hands down. Excellent product and excellent value for your money.

This is a review of the Adewalk Solar Flood Light with Remote Control. The part number is ‎TW10-1. The model number is ‎LA060W. The ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number) is B0DK1KW5B9.Much of the information contained in the User Manual does not pertain to this model and should be ignored. However, the model in the guide that is closest to this unit is referred to as “TW010PRO”. I will be using the details on that particular model in this review.The lamp head contains 108 of the newer style 5054 SMDs, which are considerably brighter and use less energy than older style LEDs. The amount of lumens is not listed, but my light meter app got a respectable reading of 18587 LUX. Convex lenses help to spread out the light. The lamp has a cool white color temperature of 7000K. The body of the lamp measures about 16”x6½”.Sturdy metal anchors are provided for fastening the metal mounting arm into a concrete wall. If you are installing onto a wooden surface, you should provide your own screws. If so, please note that the assembly will be buffeted in high winds. The User Manual shows illustrations of pole mounting, which is not possible with the hardware that is provided. In order to achieve an illumination area of 2800-3600 sq. ft., the assembly needs to be installed between 18-24 feet from the ground.The light is designed to work from dusk to dawn, and the battery will charge during the day. As is true with all solar powered devices, the solar panel must be mounted in direct sunlight. Before mounting the device out of reach, press the power button for a couple of seconds. This will allow the remote control to operate the various lighting modes:ON - Turns the light fully bright. It will stay that way all night, or until the battery depletes.OFF - Turns the light off until the next night.Brightness - is adjustable in 25% increments.Timers - can be set for 2,3,5,6, or 8 hours, without motion detection.Radar Button - The light stays at 30% brightness all night. Any movement sensed by the PIR (passive infrared) will turn the light to 100% brightness. It stays that way for about 20 seconds after activity ceases.Many street lights have a setting for Off-Bright-Off. This model does not have that feature. The only way to have a setting for motion detection is to keep the lamp set to 30% brightness.The assembly can stay in place all year. It has a rating of IP66, meaning that it is waterproof, as well as frost and heat resistant. A nice addition to the features of this lamp is the digital display, showing the amount of energy in 20% increments. The 10000mAh battery will be able to hold enough energy to power the lamp after a few cloudy days.Thie device has a few worthy features; however, I believe that the selling price is a little on the high side. Adewalk demonstrates a belief in this high quality product by providing a 2 year warranty.
