I just got my first RDS and funny enough I was thinking I get a lot of smudges and stuff stuck on it.Happened to see this in the Vine program so gave it a shot.It comes with 2 covers which is nice as I'm sure a lot of people put an RDS on a couple different firearms.The material is a soft rubber. Soft enough that I don't think it would do much of any damage to the glass if it touched it, but also feels like it won't rip anytime soon when taking it on and off.Overall I would recommend it. Not sure if there's any difference between the white one and the black one that's also in this sellers store, so can't comment on whether or not the few extra bucks is worth it for the white one.Only thing I would want the seller to consider is maybe offering a single cover for $9 or $10 as I'm sure there's some people like myself that only have one RDS. Although I gotta admit after using mine the last few. weeks I'll prob get another

I wasn't really sure what to expect from the product photo, but happy to report that this is a very nice translucent flexible cover for the 507K. It fits very snuggly and is not likely to fall off just from handling, you could probably have it on while carrying without much risk of losing it. The translucent look is different from the typical black and isn't necessarily bad or good, just different. It does feels quite durable, but almost a little too thick in the back for the optic cut on one of my micro compact 9mm. This is not really a fault of the cover, but rather a result of the tight spacing between the stock rear sight and the back of the optic. It isn't a problem on a compact or full size where there's plenty of space on the slide. I may end up having to shave down or cut off a bit of the back and front of the cover to make it fit better in this particular case. Definitely a good option if you have a 507k, as it isn't fully enclosed and this can help keep dust out and avoid accidentally damaging the finish. Yes the optic may be built to take a beating, but why do it unnecessarily?

Pros:- Fits nice and snug to the optic without easily knocking it off but still easy to pop off in a hurry- Good protection of your optic in storage or travel- The price of $17 for two seems a reasonable valueCons:- I'm not a fan of the transparent but it works well enough- Make sure you do not have obstructions on mounting to your particular setup, but an X-acto knife can trim out spots so it fits better

I love these, they're perfect for keeping dust/dirt off my optic when storing or transporting the firearm. Also protect it from impact/scratches in the event you introduce it to the floor, etc. The clear material is a fun touch, almost all the other options are black rubber, I think this looks different and nice.Fit is perfect, won't fall off but isn't tight to the point that it's hard to get on/off.
