These are listed as "spinner bait," but these are generic Beetle Spin arms that are extremely popular for use with crappie. I got them, because they offer them in gold, which I didn't have. I got the Colorado blades. The blade spun freely. This seems like a good value for the price. These are slightly flimsier than, say, a name brand Mister Twister beetle spin, especially at the clasp point where it secures. I believe these are totally sufficient for crappie or other smaller fish, but you might be in trouble if you get a bass or pike on.
