These chord ends work very well with standard para cord. They hold tightly once snapped together. I have purchased the same product from several other suppliers and these are by far the best quality.

I make high quality Cordura bags and wanted a paracord tassel with a termination for the end of the zipper pull. These work just fine if you follow the directions. I’m using 550 paracord and they snap close on both sides for a secure hold. Sometimes I might need to add extra pressure to one side of the other, but they securely snap and hold! I’m 71 and have no problem getting both sides snapped closed.

Bought this to replace a missing zipper pull on a brand new backpack that was missing a pull tab on the 1/8" elastic cord used in the side bottle holders. I bought two types. This was by far the easiest, and most effective to use. Great value because, for the price, I got a lot. Probably a lifetime's worth. Haha!

Other reviewers said these did not work (i.e. close). An other reviewer said to put them into the 'small door' first. That step is vital for these to work!1-make sure your cordage is not too large! Test fit by placing the 2 ends into the small door...if they fit with only minimal squishing, these locks will work! If your cord is too large, THESE PULLS WILL NOT WORK, order a larger size pull.2-I used a small drop of E6000 glue, placing it in the large side on top of the 'teeth"3-while holding the cord in the small door (I used my thumb) you are able to close the large door over top.4-Squeeze until it 'clicks' or holds, then use pliers to squeeze a bit more. You will hear a snap.5-Done!
