This is a decent basic ND filter. It fits my Tamron lenses perfectly. However, it is not a coated lens. That means there is additional degradation of the image part what the ND filtration will do. So far, I haven't gotten an image in happy with, but the weather isn't cooperating right now. I'll update the review when I've had a chance to use it outdoors on a sunny day.

Item fits perfectly on my lens, no issues with machining or fit. 11 stops seems accurate, however I do not have the technical ability to confirm- but this is a seriously dark filter- and the images I have snapped with this at F/2 with my 35 mm lens in bright sunlight at 100 ISO seemed appropriate with no issues or vignetting. Not sure how often I will be able to use it, but I do live in the sunshine state and an 11 stop filter can never hurt to have in your bag.

Slowing down your exposure gives you an opportunity to smooth movement on the water, make people disappear on a crowded sidewalk and minimize contrast. It is fun to play with. Recommended.

Images come out clear and the filter itself feels like it’s made out of good quality materials. Good glare reduction and value for money.

Good for a cheaper option, but the quality suffers a bit.I was expecting this to be a coated ND lens, but alas it is still usable.Fits the 77mm perfectly.4 Stars

I like this ND filter. The threads are a bit rough, I could see myself getting into an issue if I screw it on a bit too fast but its not terrible. The ND400 is great, it reliably gets my Sigma 105mm down by 9 or so stops. The clairity is very high, I don't notice any issues on my higher quality glass (like the aforementioned sigma). I think this represents a very good value considering how expensive some of these ND filters can get.

I like the feel of this filter while threading it onto my lens. There might be a tiny color shift, but I always shoot raw and color correct photos so that doesn't really matter to me. The consistency across the frame is more important to me, which seems good with this filter. Every photographer should have an ND filter with them for when the want to shoot with a slower shutter speed than the lighting conditions allow, so this is a must-have item in my opinion.
