WILL THIS FIT YOUR BUFFER OR GRINDER?
PLEASE NOTE: Your buffer or grinder must have a 5/8” – 11 arbor shaft to properly mount buffing wheels and flanges. The arbor shaft of the polisher must be at least 3/4″ in length, as it’s possible that the buffing wheel will contact the buffer itself, or you may not have enough thread to properly tighten the nut.
If your shaft is less than 1” or you have doubts about length, we recommend this extender has sufficient thread and moves the buffing wheel away from the polisher.
Suited for Grinding heads, Grinding wheels, Grinding Discs, Saw Blades, Mold Openers, Polishing machines, etc.

Lasted less than one use and it twisted the threads making it unusable. I used hand strength and not a wrench to tighten it. I’d move on if I were you.

I haven’t had a chance to try it out yet but by the looks it’ll be just fine. Made of allininum so it’s super light and seems like it will last. Can’t wait to try it

This is one of those simple items that is often gotten wrong. You need the right threads on both ends, cut correctly and straight so things don't wobble. this has that plus a decent-sized shaft that won't bend and has flats machined in case it gets stuck. Really the only thing against it is that it's aluminum rather than steel, but often the kind of work this will get used to involves you holding onto it for extended periods, so even that could be a plus.In the end if you have a problem with it you're probably causing the problem, the part looks good.
