I'm writing this review at work because for the hundredth time I've set this stop up and I am always pleased with how easy and reliable it is. I am primarily a CNC lathe guy so I've used 5C collet stops hundreds of times over the years, but this is the only stop I can say is a pleasure to use every time. The single-screw cam that holds the stop in place is a real game changer and so easy to use. The extra rods included are also excellent and cover a wide range of uses. I cannot think of anything bad to say about this item.... well, other than the anodizing color on mine being more of a purple/magenta than red as the photo seems to convey. Overall just a great product!

If you’re looking for one of these don’t let the fact it’s aluminum scare you off. Keep your volley threads cleaned and no problem.

This was WAY better than I was expecting and highly recommend it. the fit and finish is very good. it is super easy to set and it maintained accuracy and position thru a pretty hard run of small parts.I had been planning on making something here in the shop, but time constraints always got in the way so I took the plunge and I am happy I did. great job on making a really useful and quality product guys!

I don't know what they make them to fit. Because they do NOT thread to the shoulder on my Hardinge collets. This stop doesn't even work for me. But it does seem to be good quality, not a fan of it being made from aluminum... It would be nice if they made spacers for these stops that don't shoulder up to my collets..Also would be nice to have more stop rod options as i do not have a lathe i use this for my mill..

Been using collet stops for a long time. When I think of every complaint I've had with certain ones this has answered them. Would buy this again for sure. Sometimes I think I should make my own. This quality at this price, I am not re inventing this wheel.

I work at a machine shop. I was getting tired of searching for the company's stop so I decided to buy my own. This is one of the best tool I have purchased. Work perfectly. I like the different diameter stops that come with it. Comes really handy.
