I work on cars a lot as a hobby in my garage. Obviously, there is a lot of concern with carbon monoxide poisoning and such, so I got this and it works perfectly. It's really easy to set up and use. I like how simple it is and it's accuracy, so as someone who appreciates safety, I approve

I have a slightly more expensive unit similar to this that I keep in my home office. This unit was ordered to keep in my home workshop, but I have kept it in my office next to my other unit for a couple of days to see how the readings compare. They differ quite a bit and now I’m trying to figure out which one is correct.After you first turn on this device, you are supposed to quickly press the button three times to activate calibration mode. Where the CO2 reading displays, you will instead get a countdown timer as the machine calibrates. After it counts down to zero it then starts displaying the measurements... and those change continually.The HCHO and TVOC readings on this monitor have four digits each, which my other monitor only features three... so this new one does jump around more. The temperature and humidity readings on this device are inaccurate though... temp reads three degrees too warm and humidity about five percentage points too low.The included instructions are functional but lacking in many ways. The display is smaller than my other unit but bright and easy to read. This display does pick up fingerprints easily.The USB cable for recharging is included and it doesn’t take long to charge.
