This latigo was okay — but the leather was quite stiff and only mid quality. Even after conditioning, the leather wasn’t pliable or smooth. Maybe mine was just a bad batch but I ended up replacing this Latigo after just a few weeks.

All I did was take this out of the wrapper and black is all over my fingers. Rubbed off on a countertop at home and won't come off. Leather is also very stiff. Will be returning.

Like other reviewers, the dye bleed is the most negative about this product. Was able to oil the latigo and cook it in the microwave to break down the leather...very pliable now. Used a clear shoe polish to try and lock the dye in, but it still gets over all over the hands - and I have a light horse! Need to find another solution. I hope the company can offer some advise!
