The PH scale went off the charts in 3 days, I rebooted to no avail, will not calibrate and is just a waste of money

This seemed to be of good quality. The hardware, connectors and casing seem to be solid and not the cheap Chinese stuff we're all so used to buying now. The only thing I can think to change is the ability to turn off the backlight...maybe you already can, but I haven't figured it out. Who needs instructions?

For my uses I did not need to calibrate this multi meter out of the box which was nice. The display is imposible to read at any angle besides head on so it’s nice it has app connectivity.If you’ve used other made in China smartphone products you’re probably familiar with the Tuya Smart app. Through this app integration the meter can log and save data which can then be exported. I’ve never done so but really hope it works when I go to do it because the trying to read the graph on the app can be a struggle, especially when trying to view previous times/days. The scale of the graph adjusts to the highest and lowest readings so sometimes you might see the graph spike up but ppm has only changed by maybe 50. Again, hoping when the data is exported it looks nicer.I tried to supply my own power source to the unit matching what it claimed on the back of the unit but was forced to use the power adapter that came with the unit. This is fine as the unit is marketed for aquariums and would have no reason to be much farther than the walls of the tank.All in all it provides me with all the necessary metrics for a small hydroponic grow set up for an affordable price.

Unit did not come with ec calibration solution. Was also unable to Calibrate ph readings. Ph solutions readings not accurate at all.

I’m very surprised with this device. After calibration it works great! So glad to just pick up my phone to check reservoir stats. Accurate and very inexpensive! I’m impressed after a week of use. I hope it lasts.Update: The first unit failed after about 2 weeks. It worked excellent until readings went haywire and would not calibrate. The replacement unit would not even power on. I returned both. Junk

Very easy to use and set up haven’t had running for a full week yet but works as directed nice for hydro! Update well the probes are not all that accurate when left in the water 25/7 kinda defeats the purpose of monitoring actual real time, it is off by 1-8 ph and like 200ppm

Calibration fails because the meter doesn’t recognize the different PH solutions. No name, no company to call, no replacement parts, no EC calibration solution

It says in the manual you need EC calibration solution but the product doesn't come with any EC calibration mix. When I communicated this they gave me the run around. It's a Chinese company with horrible customer service.

After calibration put tester in solution device on the wall red PPM 1283 and the online app 1532, so it’s hard to trust

Came with what looks like a standard USB power cube and cable for 115v AC to 5v DC. But the USB jack and supply have their own pin assignments and interface.I wanted to run this on a 12 volt battery system with a standard 5 volt USB outlet. No luck. Now I either need to get a 12 volt to 115 v inverter so I can plug in the proprietary power brick, or just return it.Why any manufacturer would not use the standard USB power interface is beyond me.
