Habe das Sieb zum waschen von Amaranth und Quinoa bestellt. Dafür funktioniert es spitze. Kann ich locker 1-4 Portionen drin waschen, ohne das was daneben geht. Die Körnchens lassen sich anschließend super mit einem Silikonschaber raus bringen. Optimale Größe für mich und meine Zwecke.

I use a WonderMill grain mill to make my rice flour and then use this sifter to sift the larger bits out. This sifter gives me the perfect fineness, somewhere between Superfine (which is crazy expensive) & Bob's brown rice flour (which I find gritty).Bottom line, this sifter means no more gritty brown rice flour! Yay!

I'm very disappointed with the size of the sieve, see attached photo. I am tempted to return it, but didn't have the time to do so. $11.99 for 15 centimetres of diameter. It looks cute. I did try to sieve some powder sugar, but still, really pissed off with the size of the sieve. But I'll keep it. I just need to spend 30 min to sieve 1kg of flour *sigh* Rip off

I tried sifting flour. Didn't work. I tried sifting powder sugar. Also didnt work. I regret buying this. The sifters at Daiso Japan are just $1.50 and better than this
